Former Florida State University President Sandy D'Alemberte has joined the law firm of Hunton & Williams in Tallahassee. He will continue to teach classes at the university's law school. D'Alemberte, a past president of the American Bar Association, was dean of the law school from 1984 to 1989. ... Orlando City Council members have approved the selection of Orlando lawyer Dykes C. Everett, of Winderweedle, Haines, Ward & Woodman, as city attorney. ... Miami lawyer Stephen N. Zack, a partner with Boies, Schiller & Flexner in Miami, is the new chair of the American Bar Association policy-making body, the House of Delegates.
